We offer daytime & evening Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) courses and can provide a range of services tailored to an individual or to an organisation's needs.

  • Individual one to one mindfulness-based stress reduction coaching

  • Mindfulness-based health and wellbeing workplace workshops
  • "Introduction to Mindfulness" workshops
  • The eight week MBSR course which includes a free introductory course
